Preparing your design
Provide DXF outlines with holes and internal openings, required thickness and the intended operating conditions. Confirm compression and fit requirements with your engineer.

Available thicknesses and stock sizes are confirmed with your quote; no material-specific stock range is published here. The existing gasket specification lists sheet sizes up to 1200 × 900mm, subject to material availability and profile review.
Files, quantities and industries
Maintenance teams, equipment builders and industrial manufacturing can request a one-off prototype or a repeat batch. Send cutting outlines as DXF, AI, SVG or PDF; PNG and JPG files can support engraving artwork or an enquiry. Include dimensions and quantity. Standard turnaround is typically 3–5 working days from artwork approval, with the schedule confirmed for each job.
