MDF Laser Cutting & Engraving
What we can make
We review mdf projects to cut and engrave. Typical applications include model components, templates, prototypes and indoor signs.
Finish and edge quality
Laser processing can leave darkened edges and surface marks. Tell us if the parts will be painted or need a clean visible face.
Preparing your design
Include slot widths and mating parts in your drawing; fit depends on the actual sheet thickness. Discuss fine details and fragile bridges before ordering.
Thickness and maximum dimensions
Available thicknesses and stock sizes are confirmed with your quote; no material-specific stock range is published here. The cutting machine bed is listed up to 3200 × 2200mm, but usable dimensions depend on stock, material and process. Confirm engraving dimensions separately.
Files, quantities and industries
Model making, set design and product development can request a one-off prototype or a repeat batch. Send cutting outlines as DXF, AI, SVG or PDF; PNG and JPG files can support engraving artwork or an enquiry. Include dimensions and quantity. Standard turnaround is typically 3–5 working days from artwork approval, with the schedule confirmed for each job.
